I don’t care who does my pedi bc every time, it is perfect. I usually get SNS on my nails and gel polish on my toes. Every single one of the staff are super friendly. I live an hour away and will always make the trip bc I got tired of spending a lot of money on subpar nails and have yet to find anyone else besides Urban Nail Spa that can do my mani/pedi with such precision and how I like it. “5 stars & I didn’t even get my nails done, I just got them taken off. I didn’t catch my tech’s name, but from the reviews, it’s Cindy the owner. She was hands down one of the nicest, sweetest nail techs I have ever visited. She was gentle as well, which I really appreciated because I’ve left some places with cuts on my hands from rougher handling. She was very friendly & welcoming, kept up conversation. Overall a very warm & welcoming experience, I will 100% be back. I’m moving 30 miles away in a month, but best believe I’ll come back for Cindy to do those designs she specializes in & loves to do!“
