“Came here for the second time and left a little bit unhappy with my pedicure (after an amazing first visit). When I let the owners know, I was greeted with amazing customer service !! Everyone here is already very kind but this was just on another level. They were able to remove the pedicure free of charge and were open to many alternatives to get it where I wanted it to be. Overall they do a great job here; they are skilled and kind and the place is very quiet and clean! Will be coming back.“

“Nothing beats Zen Nail Salon in Manassas! I’ve been to a couple of salons in Fairfax and have been disappointed each time. The only reason I can’t go to Zen more often is the traffic and the late hours after work. But at Zen, the staff takes their time, genuinely cares, and you never feel rushed. They remember your name, and it feels like a sweet, friendly, welcoming home.“
