I came to Dr. Carlton feeling overwhelmed, feeling hopeless and angry at my ADHD. I came out with a strong sense that I can handle so much more, tackle my problems, and remain focused on what’s important. The staff is also amazing and makes you look forward to coming for every session.

I’m 25 years old & have always had trouble dealing with anxiety & my sister recommended this organization for me saying it could help me out. I did the 40 session plan that was recommended for me & it did wonders. After the 40 sessions I’ve been able to deal with my anxiety in a healthy manner & much more. I certainly recommend this to anybody looking for a way to improve their mental health. 5 out of 5 stars

This has been a great experience. My son was really struggling with school, and I was getting calls almost everyday. Since starting, the calls have ended, he's been able to focus on school and been able to think so much clearer. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend.
