Extremely grateful to Dr. Carlton and his office! Coming in for sessions each week was a breeze and I could see measurable differences in my mental and emotional state with neurofeedback treatment. I went to see Dr. Carlton for anxiety as a last resort after trying medication and talk therapy for quite some time. My therapist recommended the treatment, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my symptoms. My thoughts are much clearer, my anxiety has decreased considerably, and I no longer dwell on negative thoughts the way I used to. Even my blood pressure has gone down.

As parents, our son struggled with ADHD/ADD from a very young age. Like many families, we were constantly encouraged to put him on medication, but my husband and I always hoped to find an alternative solution first. For years, we searched for something that could truly help him without medication.
