I dont even know where to start. Dr. Aguilar is the man! I came in with L4-L5 and L5-S1 herniations. I couldnt even put my hand much more than an inch past my knee while trying to touch my toes. He gave me low impact routines that make me feel better everyday i do them. I can finally touch my toe after years of not being able to. The pain is significantly less. I still have work to do, but it just reminds me i need to stick to his program. The thing i cherish most about the couple months i spent with him is the mental aspect. Dr. Aguilar is one of the best physical therapists I’ve ever been to. I’ve been dealing with an ongoing shoulder injury on and off for five years, and I’ve now seen him twice in the span of these five years.
He is incredibly compassionate and genuinely cares about his patients being in the best condition possible. When he told me that his goal was for me to eventually not need him anymore, I knew I was in the right hands. That mindset showed me he truly wants what’s best for his patients, and I respect that deeply.
