“We called Long’s for a water test that needed to be done prior to us purchasing our home. We found out this test was needed very last minute and we called their office to see if they could accommodate. We were a good distance from their regular service area, however they agreed to do it if we couldn’t find anyone else. Long story short we were not able to find anyone else so I left the office a message Saturday evening and they returned my call promptly much to my surprise. They agreed to come out and perform the water test for us the next day. This company went above and beyond to help us. What a refreshing experience we had with Long’s, and that seems to be a rarity this day and time.This company provides excellent communication, great customer service, and most important they do what they say. “Lovely experience. We moved into our house in December and were told it was treated for termites, but we were unaware where the issue was. Then we started having issues with black ants, so I called Allen. He fit us in a few days later. He checked out the house, showed us where the old termite damage was and how to keep an eye on it, and explained how to keep the ants from coming in. The issue was mild and Allen didn't need to spray, so he didn't even charge us. His advice and reassurance are invaluable and because of his honesty, we will call him for any issues that we do have arise.“
