I would recommend Dodson Pest Control and specifically our technician, Jeff Branham, for the outstanding service they provide. Always professional, knowledgeable, answers all my questions and takes the time to explain everything he uses. We have been very satisfied with Dodson.

Had an appointment today for inspection - was downstairs when they arrived and didn’t hear the knock/doorbell. They left - no phone call. After reaching out, 30 mins later, I got the following response “ Ok I didnt have your number on my calandar to call. Sorry for the confusion.”Didn’t have any issues with Dodson in the past. Lost business.Edit: got a call back from Dodson. They rescheduled the next day and took care of the problem for us.

I cannot say enough good things. Matt was absolutely fabulous. He was kind, professional and thorough. He paid attention to details I had not even thought of. I have just moved and was was having some issues with insects and mice. It was very stressful and unsettling. Later I had another issue that needed to be assessed and he came to see what nelse needed to be done. Also I appreciate the documentation and schedule I received from Jelisa in the office. Everything clearly explained. I would say they are competitive in pricing as they are a few dollars more than my previous exterminator, but Dodsons service way exceeded any expectations.
