The first time, the inspector was available the very next day, came out, treated my yellow jacket problem immediately and offered to come back at no additional charge if the treatment didn't solve the problem (it did). The price was very reasonable. The second time, I left a message over the weekend about an unrelated bug problem. That inspector called that very night. The problem was solved ASAP at a very fair cost. I can't recommend a business more. Both inspectors were friendly, intelligent, and treated me like a VIP.
