Our AC system stopped working on Friday night and called in after hours. We received a call Saturday morning someone would be stopping by to look at the issue. Within 2 hrs Sebastian arrived to fix the system. Unfortunately they did not have the part but ordered it and Sebastian came back and fixes our AC. I would highly recommend this company for the communication, service and quick response. Sebastian did a great job!
I was connected with United Air Temp through my American Home Shield home warranty plan, and I'm very glad they dispatched David Weaver to handle my service call.
David called ahead to let me know he was on his way, arrived as scheduled, and quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed capacitor in my AC unit. He explained the problem clearly, replaced the part, and had my system up and running again in about 30 minutes.

House visited by Tech David Weaver who was professional and on point with needed repairs. United Air Temp was selected by one of the home warranty service companies, but I have no issues with United Air Temp.
