This time, the wax specialist, Saroja, had my undivided attention because she was on point with the whole process. Even though my upper lip had very short hairs, she was able to get most of them, and those that she couldn't get , she used a tweezer, very gently. What stood out the most was Seble's pleasant demeanor. Her calming presence made me comfortable booking an additional appointment for my 2 and 4 year olds and she did very well with each and managed a very fidgety toddler with cool and ease. I've since been back a total of 3 times.
