I see Emani for eyebrows and she’s great - nothing but good things to say. BUT I have been coming to this location for several years and the employee of the month frame in the lobby is ALWAYS empty. Why are you guys not celebrating your employees? At least put a name in there if they don’t want their picture. You should absolutely also give them a $10 gift card to Panera or Jersey Mike’s if they are awarded employee of the month too - both are right next to the location. Come on guys!
Rylie was AWESOME. It was my first time getting a certain kind of wax. As soon as we started interacting she was nothing but kind and personable. After I told her how nervous I was, she didn’t hesitate to reassure me. Throughout the entire time she talked to me like I was a long term friend while still explaining what she was doing and why. I couldn’t have had a better first experience <3
