Dylan helped turn a stressful situation into a pleasant experience. His professionalism was on another level. He took the time to understand my issues and provide a solution that made me more than completely happy. He is an asset to Shanco Roofing.
Initially, an inspector was to come out to see my roof however, he never returned my calls. So I called back and had very good customer service from Christy and was scheduled with Brandon the GM who called me personally. He came out and was very professional and apologetic. They rectified the situation. I recommend this company.
