She was never pushy about expensive tests, procedures, or medications and even gave me cheaper alternative options. “This is a very nice facility. It is very clean and the staff are really respectful and understanding. They are old fashioned with their service and I just wanted to let them know it doesn’t go unnoticed. They are always really caring and gentle with Elliott and when he goes to the back there is no doubt in my mind that they are taking care of him properly.
