He takes extra time to check all options so customers have all the information needed to make great decisions about air conditioning repair needs. He walks through every step of what is going to be installed and explains every detail. Pricing is fair, and he is on time. Customers have known Nick for close to 15 years and find him extremely dependable. He will never try to sell a new unit when the problem can be solved with a repair. Other companies are quick to replace HVAC because it is more money for them, but Nick actually repairs the machine. If he says a new one is needed, it is granted because the system is bad. He has kept an ancient system alive for many years past its lifespan, fixing what was wrong almost yearly until it finally died at 22 years old. He is completely professional, reasonable, informative, and amazing. He is the best A/C and Heat Wizard ever.
