It's all abut the right employees. Went in today and Natalie and team were terrific. Helped me with unusual printing (size, colors, etc.), and had excellent results.So glad to update review and see great improvements in this store, really helpful.

The staff at Office Depot in Leesburg is exceptional. I've had my desktop computer service there three times over the past few years. On each occasion they provided expert service, at a very reasonable cost. They anticipated my needs, provided great recommendations and were very patient in answer all my questions.On my last visit - a week ago - I asked them to fix some annoying popups and malware. Kevin, who took care of it - had it up and running again the next day. He even updated my drivers and installed a blue tooth adapter - all at no charge!These guys are great!!

These guys are great. We used them last year to help print invitations. This year, I couldn't figure out why my online order required delivery and didn't offer option to pick up in store. I called and they immediately helped solve the problem.
