I have reached out to Loudoun Computer Help on several occasions and have been amazed at the speed of service and ability to quickly diagnose problems. Anything from rebuilding a computer to networking issues, they are always there to get us up and running again. Ryan is professional, knowledgeable and eager to help fix what ever problems arise. Wonderful! We gave them a call to fix my father-in-laws laptop which was painfully slow despite our best efforts to fix it for weeks. They had same-day availability to drop it off to be worked on. Service was excellent. We will definitely return when we need help again.

My hard drive recently crashed and I got the blue screen of death.....I was very concerned about being able to retrieve my data. I called Loudoun Computer Help and he got my in quickly and let me know that my data was safe within just a few hours. He recommended that I buy a new computer due to the age and condition of the one I had. I brought my new computer into the office and he sat with me for over an hour getting it set up and copying files over. He was very responsive and professional and I highly recommend his business. His fees are reasonable also!
