The staff is welcoming and helpful, with members noting positive experiences during the sign-up process and tours. The club has a good range of equipment and a nice overall atmosphere for working out. However, there are some issues with equipment maintenance, as 2-3 of the five stairmasters are often out of order, which can be frustrating when busy. Safety concerns have also been raised, particularly regarding theft outside the facility, since there are no security cameras. Despite these issues, many appreciate the professional and friendly service provided by the team, especially the helpfulness of staff members like Austin, Ralphy, and Mario, who have contributed to positive experiences. Overall, LA Fitness is a great place for fitness enthusiasts looking to get in shape.
La Fitness is conveniently located close to my home, which is a major plus for my fitness routine. The club itself has a good range of equipment and offers a nice overall atmosphere for working out. However, I have to mention a recurring issue: the stairmasters. They have five of them, but it seems like 2-3 are always out of order. This is really frustrating, especially when the gym is busy and you have to wait for the few machines that are actually working.
Despite this, I still like the club overall. If they could just maintain the equipment a bit better, it would make the experience much more enjoyable.
Sales team was extremely helpful. Austin and Ralphy were a crucial part of me making the choice when switching from Ida Lee to La fitness. I highly recommend going through them, overall very nice people and help provide a positive gym experience.
Extremely professional and a very welcoming place. Mario was exceptionally understanding, and catered to all my concerns. This establishment is the best LA Fitness location, I greatly appreciate every effort and support from this community.
