I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the excellent service you’ve consistently provided. Today, Calvin Phelps from Gilman Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing came by after my hot water heater failed... only 10 years after installation, which Gilman originally handled. I shared my frustration with Calvin regarding the plastic shutoff valve that was installed previously by Gilman. Unfortunately, when I needed it most, in an emergency, it couldn’t be used. This was the only emergency I’ve had, and it left me questioning the purpose of having that valve if it wasn’t reliable when needed. UGH... That said, Gilman’s service and technicians have always been outstanding, and I truly appreciate the quick response and professionalism. I only wish there had been more consideration given to the quality of that component during the last installation, as it could have prevented a lot of stress and damage this time. I understand these things happen, and I’m grateful that your team is scheduled to come out Thursday to resolve this current issue, but an additional break would have been nice. Please know that despite this concern, I remain very appreciative of the help and responsiveness your team has shown then and now. Thank you for your continued commitment to great service.
Showed up a little late but more than made up for the delay. Listened well and got our split back on line in less than an hour! Reasonable cost and fast work.

After talking with Dr Kapoor and having seen Dr Bernstein I prefer to have Bernstein do the cataract surgery as he can also place xen gel Stent in at same time. That will get me off 3 drops! Please have Kapoor discuss this with Bernstein and then call me with a plan

Pete is very good at what he does! He helped us with copper plumbing that was over 50 years old and was in leaking shape! He was very professional. He did a wonderful job! I am so so glad our neighbor recommended him. We will definitely call him when we remodel our bathroom. He was so trustworthy I wouldn't hesitate to give him our house keys! Thank you Pete!
It took one phone call on a late Friday afternoon to set up a scheduled consult visit to assess a plumbing problem that no other plumbing company would commit to. As another reviewer stated, "Jerry answered the phone and did what he said he would do, when other companies would not." I live in Florida and made that phone call to discuss the plumbing issues that my 98 year old mother (a Northern Neck resident) could not get resolved by any other company. Jerry listened to me, expressed his willingness to help, discussed his price and fulfilled his commitment. Within a few days everything was repaired. My mother was very pleased with the quick turnaround time and the work that performed.

This was a nice treat to get a hair trim for the holiday at the last minute with virtually no notice! Rebecca did a nice job, and i'm very pleased.
We use Veney’s for our regular inspections, and had issues with the old unit. They walked us through repair and replacement options, never pressured us, and we went with the replacement. They came out on time, replaced the old unit and even installed the nest thermostat we had purchased. They were thoughtful about floors, carpets, and ensuring that they didn’t mess up anything when carrying the old air handler out. In short, they were very professional and did a great job, and explained what they were doing. Highly recommend!

I brought my dog in for a snake bite. It was after hours. Her face and neck were swollen within minutes of it happening. The dr was very nice and acted quickly. Very thankful that they came in to help my pup out. She is doing so much better today. I'm sure getting her treated quickly and effectively played a huge role.
