It’s always so hard to pick out new glasses. Mahsi, at Myeye doctor; Franklin Farms location, always has a great eye for finding frames that are great for my face. She listens to my ideas for glasses and works with me patiently to find the right pair. It’s refreshing when someone spends time with you instead of rushing you to make a decision. Would highly recommend.
I'm from out of town and I needed a place to adjust my glasses for me. They were the closest option for me, so I stopped by and asked them if they could do this for me. They said yes and they didn't charge me anything for it. My glasses are now sitting the way they are supposed to and not slipping down. Definitely appreciated it.
Rodny is great, he is always ready to help us with the best glasses and making sure we are happy with the results when they are ready. We came today for my daughters glasses, which were a little bit crooked, he immediately asked us about the glasses and he took them inside and fixed them In less than 5 minutes. He is the best and we’ll be back for our eye exams and glasses later this year as we have don e for several year now.
