I just completed a series of physical therapy sessions for knee/leg issues at Spine and Orthopedic Solutions. They helped me develop a set of stretching and strengthening exercises that I worked on at their facility and at home. The results have been dramatic. The therapist I worked with - Caitlin Vuolo - was able to pinpoint my specific areas of need and developed the exercises I now continue to do in my home. Her expertise and skills were first rate, and in our sessions she was both highly professional and personable. The overall vibe in the Herndon office is professional, positive, and personal. If you need PT, this is a great place to go.

Amazing staff and owner. Most people don't have going to PT on the weekly list of things they want to do, but after going here, you feel kinda sad when your time comes to an end. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone looking at going to you very first appointment, or finding a new place after a bad experience somewhere else. These amazing places are not always easy to find, but when you do, don't let it pass you by.
