I hurt my SI joint last June, and even standing and walking were hard for me. I was also super conservative about PT at the time. A friend recommended Emily to me, and I'm so glad they did. She's amazing! Emily is so kind and professional, and she's really great with pelvis and lower back exercises. Every time I came in with some new issue, she figured out exactly where the problem was and the right exercises to target it, and it always got better. I feel like she has some kind of magic!

I did PT with Emily for 7 months, and it was such a happy and incredible feeling to take back control of my body during this process. Now the SI joint problem barely affects my everyday life at all.
