The stylists are good. I rate them highly. I have only gotten Goddess braids from Angélique and Jojo who are excellent and very gentle. I would get a lot of unraveling within days. Still, I always felt appreciative of them and tip $20-30 on a 60-80 hairstyle (2 goddess braids). I will never return though because the last time I went the two goddess braids that I paid $80 for previously jumped to $126 in a couple of months. Not worth it at all. I can drive a little farther and get this same style for much cheaper. It was nice while it lasted.Service: Braids

I was super excited to schedule an appointment at this salon. I had not been to an actual salon since the pandemic and this particular salon since they were in Herndon. This new location is amazing!! It is so much better than the location in Herndon. My first contact was with the lovely receptionist, Peace. She made me feel very welcome. I did not have to wait long for my appointment to start. The shampoo lady did a excellent job. The head massage almost put me to sleep. Then Promise, my stylist, came to get me from the dryer. She did an amazing job with the trim and style. She offered valuable advice for my hair. I will be making another appointment in a few weeks.

It’s a nice friendly clean salon with knowledgeable stylists. But expect at least 4 hours for your appointment, even a wash and blow dry. Consult tip: When you arrive, ask to speak with the stylist before getting anything done. If you don’t, you risk miscommunication and getting the wrong service. Speaking from experience. Most times the results I’ve gotten have been good. But that consult tip helps a ton!
