John has performed several plumbing repairs for me, and every time I have been pleased with the quality of his work and the fairness of his prices.I tackle some minor plumbing repairs myself, and John has bailed me out more than once. He has also been a patient and generous mentor.

I needed a plumber on short notice to address a couple of minor but urgent issues. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and they arrived when they said they would. John explained the issue and quickly fixed it. He provided excellent quality service at a reasonable price and I would not hesitate to hire Herndon Plumbing and Heating for more extensive work.
