I used to like this place until my recent experience. I visited quite often but my last visit was not good. The masseuse was rude and more of a clock watcher than focusing on the whole experience i paid for. I also complained the same at their front desk. But other than this last time my previous visits were all good.
I made an appointment for a 1 hour massage. I arrived about 15 minutes early. It all seemed great, clean, orderly facility. I charged the initial hour on my credit card and said I would tip cash.
Massage was fine. Therapist never checked on pressure or asked what I wanted. She did lots of time on legs, for which I did enjoy. I would have preferred a firmer pressure.
She said time was up in what seemed a very short span. No clock in room. So I asked is this one full hour already? Yes she replied. I rested a short pit then dressed. I looked at my phone notification. It has been 37 minutes since my card was swiped.

I recently tried a walk-in massage at this establishment on a weekday. They were happy to accommodate me, and the place was clean and hygienic. My masseuse had good technique, but due to a language barrier (she only spoke Spanish), she initially focused on my legs and arms instead of the pain points in my back. However, she was receptive to my requests. Halfway through the massage, she used her phone to translate my desired areas into Spanish, and she then effectively addressed them.The prices are reasonable and competitive with online offers like Groupon.
