The care received is described as top notch, with no gaps in the schedule. The staff communicated with families every step of the way, making families feel very confident and at ease. Comfort Keepers has been a Godsend, accommodating various medical needs such as mobility issues and recovery from surgery. The business is highly recommended to anyone in need of in home care services.
Marnie, my wife had surgery to repair a torn tendon on her left ankle. The recovery included two weeks no weight-bearing on the leg. I had to use a wheel chair to transport her from room to room in our house, as well as to followup medical appointments. I pre-arranged with ComfortKeepers Mid-Atlantic to have a Caregiver stop by four-five hours a day to help me, help my wife recover. The Caregiver, Ms. Fatmata Kabba was an absolute joy. She was there for my wife during those times I could not be home. I contacted Comfort Keepers Home Care at the worst possible time. I was bringing my mom home and desperately needed home care for her.
I called several providers before Comfort Keepers, none of which were available to answer my call. When I called Comfort Keepers, I was greeted by a professional, courteous, and understanding. person who took my information and immediately connected me with Jenna and Kim - the dynamic duo. I engaged Comfort Keepers for a client of mine who needed immediate 24/7 care. Comfort Keepers was able to provide caregivers the same day. Their staff is professional, prompt and detailed. The office kept me updated through the on boarding process and throughout the time they provided care.
