By Design Interiors

75 Builders Pride Dr, Hardy

Fri 8AM - 5PM

“By Design Interiors (Jessica Byrd) is excellent. They resuced us from a poor quality Kitchen and Bathroom remodel where we had to fire the previous contractor due to large tile 24"x12"being laid without a leveling system which resulted in significant lippage. In addition among other poor quality work, a new kittchen exhaust fan was not installed correctly.

We switched to By Design Interiors who turned our lemons into lemonade. Jessica has a wonderful group of people working to make everything turn out right. Her father, Ray is a one-man pickup and delivery person. The main contractor was Lance Hays who kept everything going like clockwork. He was helped by his daughter Maddy and his son. All subcontractors were phenomenal and deserve a shout out: Tile work (with a great leveling system!) without lippage by Craig and Jared, Granite/Quartz by Stone Dynamics Martinsville, Plumbing by Henry Rider, Electrical work by Ronald Young, Painting by A. Silva, Carpentry by Rolf Nelson, Vinyl flooring by Ivan, shower door by showerdoorsonline (Jeff Andrews and Sean Bannard).

Do not make the original mistake we did and choose the lowest bidder. Rather choose the best value and quality with By Design Interiors. You will NOT be disappointed.”

THE FLOOR SOURCE

13352 Booker T Washington Hwy, Moneta

Fri 9AM - 5PM

“The Floor Source has been very helpful with our new home build. All of the employees go out of their way to be helpful and share their expertise. Casey is so kind every time we go in there whether, we are picking out flooring, bathroom tile or carpet he always lends a helping hand. Casey has even gone out of his way to keep in touch and help us find a certain flooring I wanted (and all I had was an inspiration photo)! Also, The Floor Source was even kind enough to store our flooring longer than expected. Thank you all so much! We will be back!”

Carpetland USA

7851 Plantation Rd, Roanoke

Fri 9AM - 6PM

“Christina Perrin was very friendly and professional and very sweet to work with. She came to our home and measured our floors for the carpet. She told us about the different thickness of the different types of carpet and also the padding. We thought we might have to buy a less costly carpet and we went back to the store to let her know. She was very patient with us and we decided to still buy the top grade carpet and padding. The installation crew was also very friendly and hard working from start to finish. I (Melinda) used to work next door (Wells Fargo)) so I knew where the store was located. Kudos to Christina and the installation crew for a job well done!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE OUR CARPET!!!”
