Seamless process selecting materials and ordering everything in the store with Randy and Joe. Leandro and the installation crew are efficient and do great work, not to mention their warm presence and friendly demeanor.
This room required some detailed and precise customization and they handled everything with no problem. Great company, great work, reasonable prices, and timely completion of all jobs. Highly recommend!“

I live in Washington, D.C., and needed to add an extension to my flooring, but the product we used earlier had been discontinued. Consequently, very few stores in the country had remaining inventory. So, I was referred to Fiona’s store. I called the store late in the afternoon Just before 6 PM). Fiona answered the call, and the rest is history. She located the product electronically in the warehouse, then walked to verify its physical presence, coordinated the delivery to the Maryland office (Washington, DC, is an 8-hour round-trip), and prepared the necessary paperwork.
