“After my mother-in-law had several falls and a three week stint at the hospital and a rehabilitation center, we used Sentara Home Care Services for her transition back to home life. We needed several services and were assigned a team for her transition. Each and every one of them were friendly, patient and compassionate, especially in light of her Alzheimers.
