Great experience! Scheduling was easy, they were able to get me scheduled pretty quickly, and the person who came to work on my project was great. He showed up on time, discussed the project with me (fixing a flooring issue in the bathroom) and explained the steps of what he would need to do, and was generally very nice to work with. He handled things very professionally and efficiently.
Exceptional customer and overall services. It was refreshing to deal with a company who was attentive and communicative. They were efficient, fairly priced and professional. Justin, the service tech was friendly, thorough and wonderful. I will definitely be calling them again.
Our job was a two day job. Our service technician gave us a 4 hour window and did show up in that 4 hour window. He completed the work but had to increase our cost because of a problem he discovered. The 2nd day we had the same technician. He painted our living room without taping off the edges.he did put a tarp down to cover the floor and couch. It took him most of the day, but he did complete the job in two days.
