“I am the neighbor referenced in the review from Mr. Shaheer, his review is completely absurd. I pay for the services from Southern Landscaping and have been nothing but pleased. They have always cut all of MY property since I pay for the services. If there was an issue with the way they cut my grass I wish you would come to me since I am the payor of the service and am 100% satisfied. I have never had any of their workers be "rude or impolite" to me. They have been nothing but helpful and respectful of my service needs. They use a blower and grass clippings are blown into the street or towards the back of my house. If there has been some wind blown grass clippings on someone else's yard its a shame I wasn't contacted about this directly. Southern Landscaping is awesome, however they cannot control the wind/weather. The negative review is from someone who doesn't even use their services. Ridiculous! Give thema callif you want great customer service and any type of yard work done! Highly recommend!“

“Aside from minor bumps in communication, Oak Valley did a phenomenal job on our patio.They are thorough, and do not work quickly. The process took us about 9 months from initial consultation, to project completion. This results in radio silence during the waiting period, but once they get started on your project, the level of care and detail they put in is noticeable and appreciated.Bruce was excellent in transforming our ideas into a beautiful hand-drawn design, and providing his professional input on ideal colors, materials, and elevations.I never got to meet Tyler in person, but he manages a great crew. Led by Jose, they came to our home at the same time everyday, and left everything neat and tidy. Prior to cutting and laying the pavers, their incremental work resulted in possibly the most beautiful and compacted gravel pad I've ever seen.This doesn't seem to be mentioned in many other reviews, but Oak Valley also has the most straightforward payment process. Where some other contractors may require installments throughout the project, Oak Valley just asks for a deposit and final payment.Overall, a quiet and pleasant customer experience, with a beautiful end result.“

“When someone comes out to your brand new subdivision, and stands outside in the "lightning and pouring rain, that we had on July 26th, and takes pictures of our side yard that needs two French drains that will connect two houses too close together, and the downspouts are aimed in toward each other. Results: eventual foundation water damage.Scott Johnston, their sales / inspector, knew, when getting soaked, that our original design and estimated date to do the job had to be modified.Bottom line: the job was completed the next day, with the modifications, at the original price to a perfect job. After 4 days and another light rain, you could not see the seam in the sod, that was hand dug for 60 feet.PS. We are now replacing our undersized gutters and downspouts. Scott knows gutters also. Time to Pay- it- forward.“

“The arrival was as stated. Actually the team arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule to install 5 cubic feet of mulch. The driver was so nice. He greeted us with a smile and asked permission to back the truck up our driveway. It's not easy to do, but he was determined and did it with out damaging our lawn. His team of two others, were just as focused as he was. They came to work. Very professional, and the job was completed very expeditiously. They followed instructions and my yard looks great. The quality of the mulch was great. Executive Lawn and Landscape will definitely hear from us again. The price was the highest out of all our estimates, but in today's world it better to pay a little more to get what you want. We're glad we took that chance.
