We were extremely pleased with the replacement of our patio by Oak Valley. Their team came on schedule, completed on schedule, exactly as promised, and by completely removing our 20-year-old patio and replacing it with the custom block that we picked out, and installing a French drain to aid in our backyard drainage. Oak Valley did an outstanding job retrofitting and correcting a patio hardscape originally completed by another company that would not stand behind their work. From the owner to the sales team to the field crews, everyone listened carefully to our concerns and communicated clearly about what could and could not be done.
They modified the step outside our back door to bring it into code compliance, extended the patio, connected existing gutters to the drainage system in our yard, updated a patio drain grate to blend in better with the hardscape and added both low-level architectural lighting and overhead bistro lighting. Great experience all around. Our Salesman Donnie provided great customer service and was very patient in helping us settle on materials and colors for our Hardscape project. Tyler the project manager was very responsive and his crew conscientious in all the details of construction of our project. I would call on Oak Valley again with no hesitation.
