Aside from minor bumps in communication, Oak Valley did a phenomenal job on our patio.They are thorough, and do not work quickly. The process took us about 9 months from initial consultation, to project completion. This results in radio silence during the waiting period, but once they get started on your project, the level of care and detail they put in is noticeable and appreciated.Bruce was excellent in transforming our ideas into a beautiful hand-drawn design, and providing his professional input on ideal colors, materials, and elevations.I never got to meet Tyler in person, but he manages a great crew. Oak Valley did an amazing job on our patio, they converted an unusable space into an oasis. The installers attention to detail was amazing, the time spent measuring, marking and re-measuring so each stone was placed perfectly was truly impressive. Each step of the process was done with the overall layout in mind, they knew exactly how it would look before they even started. The other aspect of landscaping that is often overlooked is the cleanup afterwards, from replanting grass to the removal of all leftover materials and waste, the jobsite was left immaculate. We love our new patio. Bruce laid out a great design to get things started and Tyler worked with us to help keep things on track. The installation crew was professional and the workmanship excellent. We're looking forward to many years of enjoying out new backyard!
