Having previously been a Licensed Dispensing Optician many years ago I have extensive knowledge of the retail optical business and the staff it takes to be professional and efficient.
From the Optometrist Dr. Chen and Opticians Sandy and Jenn, the Target Optical at Gateway is by far the most skilled staff I have encountered in a long time .
In every aspect from frame selection assistance, explanation of lens types & features to measurements and final fitting and delivery adjustments… top notch in every way.

“I am giving 4 star for the lady who is usually there most of the time cause she was very kind to me and processing my order,but when I came to pick up today my glasses there was this uncle who is bald did not looked respecting me where he was just trying to get rid of me...asap like there is a rush and there were barely two of us..I asked him what colour is my glasses where without even checking the order he said grey and he looks like in a bit of rush...and then he called the other curly hair woman who started sounding to me being rushy too and little bad in tone the way she was talking...don't know why they were behaving like that ..had to just say bye to them and picked my glasses...well good luck to these guys attitude keep it up.“

I had sat on my own eyeglasses and bent them up some, the guy in the vision center said he could repair them for me and he did at no cost, i didnt have to pay to get it fixed or get a new pair!
