I don’t think the doctor and staff here understand how exceptional they are. I have vision issues and get the best treatment. Dr. Frederick listens and makes sure I have what I need. She specializes in the my eye condition and I trust her. Bobby has made sure I have lens that provide the best vision. I’m glad to have them taking care of me.

Dr. Frederick is an incredible doctor and very patient. I love that she shares in the excitement of wins, no matter how big they are! We will continue to travel 1 and a half hours to see her for the entire family! The fact that she has been able to give my son and husband sight in less than a year, when no one else could sings to my heart.

My husband and I both like Dr. Frederick. She has been very thorough and will take the time to fully answer questions. She can be hard to understand at times, especially when wearing a mask, but she does not mind repeating or clarifying things. I also appreciate her emphasis on preventive measures for eye health. She really loves kids and has invited my children to follow us into other rooms and provided coloring pages, lollipops, and stickers to keep them occupied on several occasions.I took one star away because I do not appreciate the way the guy doing the orders and taking measurements (I think they called him Bobby?) treats people.
