VENUS NAILS SPA offers a pleasant experience with good customer service and a clean environment. The spa provides excellent services, including manicures, pedicures, and foot massages. Many customers have returned and plan to come back, citing exceptional experiences. Ann, the owner, is professional and makes sure customers are taken care of. The staff is friendly and helpful. The deluxe pedicure is fantastic and highly recommended. The atmosphere is welcoming, and it is the only nail place many trust in Fredericksburg. Cleanliness is a priority with tools sealed in sterile bags and a very sanitary feel. The shape is always on point and never too thick. They fix any chipped or issue nails immediately without hesitation. Eyebrow waxing is always excellent and efficient. The experience has much improved with attentive nail techs doing an excellent job.
This was my first time at Venus. I got a recommendation from a friend at work to see Lee. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed like I had been coming for years. All of the staff were friendly and engaging. I showed Lee my inspo picture and between Lee and Lucy it was executed perfectly!
Emily did such an amazing job on my nails. She took her time and paid such attention to details. I showed her a picture of the inspo I was going for and she crushed it. My nails look better than the picture I came in with. 10/10 will absolutely be booking more appointments with her!

Not only did they do an amazing job on my nails, but they also showed incredible kindness and compassion toward my 84-year-old mother, who was enjoying the experience with me. Since I was on a tight schedule, they offered to do both my manicure and pedicure at the same time, which I truly appreciated.
