Shanks Towing - PERMANENTLY CLOSED

First of all this place isn’t permanently closed. I've had my car towed and my visitors have had their cars towed. I've asked two people about the visitor parking rules and I was told that visitors can park with the pass 3 times a week. So I ask when the "week" starts. "I can't tell you that." is what I was told after asking. So you can tell me my visitors can park 3 times a week but not tell me when the week starts? How does that work? What's the point of even saying visitors can park 3 times a week when you won't say when the week starts? Oh right, they just want to tow our cars! They're money hungry and will do anything to tow your car and take your money. These people are disgusting
