On time response and handling. Thorough inspection. I would have easily provided 5 stars, but, the operator did not speak, nor greet me. I thought it was disrespectful. But, now days, common courtesy given, may depend upon your politics. A shameful situation!
So grateful my insurance company hooked me up with Coleman for my towing need. The dispatcher was friendly and helpful, and the truck operator was too. My tow was quite a ways up 95 from where I broke down and I needed to ride with the driver. Quinton was a safe driver and delivered my vehicle (and me) to the repair shop in a timely way. I don’t really want to need this service again, but if so, I’d happily use Coleman.
Yesterday my car become immobile while at a stop light. Very scary and I had to find somewhere safe to stop. My insurance company GEICO hired them to tow my car back to my apartment. Very fast and my car was home in under an hour! Gentleman was very polite!
I was impressed with how fast they attend and get to you that I hired them on my own to now tow my car from my place, to the mechanic shop and yet again they got to me in 20 mins.
