Hands down the best warranty service I have ever received! I had a horrible experience scheduling through Whirlpool, Raytech made it right! The part needed to repair my washer did not arrive at their shop in time for my scheduled appointment. When I was notified, the only option they had was to schedule me the following week. I had already waited two weeks and was desperate. I explained this to Pauline and she said they would try to work it out. In the back of my mind I thought perhaps they had overbooked themselves and did not expect to get a return call. The part came in and Pauline called to say they could rearrange and fit me in later in they day. Joe arrived and was personable, professional and efficient. He explained the problem as well as how to avoid potential future problems. This is a company I will call in upon in the future with or without warranties! Thank you for a fantastic job all around!
So far wonderful! Our washing machine is leaking, Juan came to check it out. Within 10 minutes he diagnosed the problem and let me know. Although we have to wait until the new part comes in, at least we know what's causing the problem. Laundromat here we come for a couple days. Hope the repair is just as quick.
