We called for service on our LG refrigerator. He wasn't able to come out today but was very helpful by giving us advice on how to troubleshoot a bad compressor and save a service fee. He advised that it's better to replace the fridge than repair the compressor. Another company tried to convince us to replace the compressor at a cost equal to a new refrigerator.We will definitely call USA for any appliance service needs in the future.

He quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the needed parts and got the fridge working temporarily until the parts arrived a few days later.
