Tony arrived early and ready to go. He overhauled our old, nasty clothes dryer and replaced a couple of sketchy parts. When he was done he cleaned up the area then proceeded to repair the dishwasher. Total time for both appliances was around two hours. After he finished Tony cleaned up his work area. We’re very pleased with Tony’s work. We have a new appliance guru!!!
We called Tony about our Whirlpool Double Oven giving us a fan speed error. He was professional, communication was great and he showed up on time. Although this issue ended up being passed to whirlpool (he suspected some parts needed to be replaced but he wasn't entirely sure) I am beyond happy with him and his company. If another appliance of ours fails we will be contacting Tony from here on out!
My dryer suddenly stopped rotating when drying my clothes which caused me to panic because this would’ve been a major inconvenience for my weekend. I tried reaching out to a couple different places with no offered solutions on a Saturday last minute, I finally came across USA appliance repair online and got a response from Tony in less than 10 minutes and he was able to come out to my home SAME DAY in less than 2 hours from when I called and fixed the situation with fair pricing as well! He was so helpful and also provided insight on how to properly handle my wash loads moving forward! Definitely recommend 100%! Tony is the best!
