My family and I have been patients of Dr. Cook’s for 30+ years. He’s an excellent doctor if you’re lucky enough to get an appointment. I called today and was told next available is late December. Tried to get an appointment with Dr. Harpe (also in the practice) and was told she’s not taking new patients even though I saw her in September of this year! Unfortunately, this isnt the first time I’ve had this experience and therefore I’ll be looking for a new PCP.

Receptionist was extremely helpful and patient with me! Nurse was very patient with my 92-year-old father and Dr. Harpe was wonderful! Talked slow and repeated herself until my dad understood and then turned and made sure all of my concerns and questions were taken care of.

I have been a patient here for a few years, however my regular doctor relocated a year or so ago. Ever since I have had nothing but issues with the office. The staff have been less than pleasant to work with and any time I call I have to leave a voicemail, even with the front desk and never receive a returned phone call.
