I have built my own gaming computer and when upgrading the drives I got stuck in an endless loop trying to install Windows. I read every article online, and tried booting via usb, cleaning the drive through command prompt, installing on a separate drive, and cloning, but to no avail. I was stuck at bios/boot for days, and after hours of frustration knew I had to get some help. I went to Geek Squad and was met with little help, told I would have a 3-4 day wait, and that a diagnosis would cost me an arm and a leg. I am so thankful I found Pro Tech! What started out as a repair for a pc that had crashed, turned out to be a birthday miracle for my boy. The customer service provided is the best. Seriously cannot recommend this establishment more! The best in Fredericksburg; hands down.

The service was excellent & quick. I thought my computer was toast after the death screen but Mo was able to retrieve my data. He installed a new HD & all was good. If I ever need computer work done I'll be taking it here for sure.
