They ensure customers understand everything about their device and the policies. They provide text updates and a call to explain everything, asking for permission before doing repairs. They kept customers informed about the diagnosis and contacted them before repair to approve the quote. Repairs are done as soon as possible, with one device cleaned in 24 hours. The price was extremely reasonable. Customers highly recommend this place for any computer issues or device repair.
This is my first time utilizing a repair service like this, and I was so impressed with how thorough the team here was in getting all the details of my issue. I spoke to multiple technicians who were all fantastic, but I want to especially shout out Lucy and Bobby for taking the time to really dig into the problems my PS5 was having and working towards potential solutions. If I ever need more electronic repairs, I'll definitely be back!!

Really awesome folks. I was hacked by a professional, and brought my iMac to Computer Cave in Fredericksburg to have them “clean” it and check it for malware. They were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and sympathetic to my issue. They cleaned the desktop in 24 hours and told me everything they did to clean it. I definitely recommend these folks for any computer issues you may have.
