“I’ve been taking my 87 year old mother, who is very hard of hearing to Dr. Thomas for years and we have never had any complaints. He’s one of the very few doctors who will take his time and explain the whole visit in detail. My mom has astigmatism and he make sure that she gets a good prescription every year. When my mom needed cataract surgery, both Dr. Tsai and the manager Elizabeth came in to explain the surgery as well as make sure that they would get a surgeon who takes her insurance. And let me tell y’all, there are not many doctor offices that will go as far to do that for us. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff. All the girls are always so nice to us. I’ve seen their manager have to deal with some rude patients at the front desk and she’s always been able to handle them professionally, even when they do not show any respect.
