“HIGHLY recommend this place for kids. Brandi Hawthorne was AMAZING with my five year old daughter. When we got there, I started to give a disclaimer that my daughter may have trouble with equipment being near her face due to sensory issues, and she told me she already knew that. She had actually read our paperwork! (I had forgotten that I had put it in the paperwork because I had to reschedule our appointment and that ended up meaning that I filled out the paperwork weeks ago). I’m surprised at the number of healthcare providers that don’t actually read the patient history before an exam. Anyway, she was really really really good at working with kids and I will definitely be going back!“

“I’ve been taking my 87 year old mother, who is very hard of hearing to Dr. Thomas for years and we have never had any complaints. He’s one of the very few doctors who will take his time and explain the whole visit in detail. My mom has astigmatism and he make sure that she gets a good prescription every year. When my mom needed cataract surgery, both Dr. Tsai and the manager Elizabeth came in to explain the surgery as well as make sure that they would get a surgeon who takes her insurance. And let me tell y’all, there are not many doctor offices that will go as far to do that for us. I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff. All the girls are always so nice to us. I’ve seen their manager have to deal with some rude patients at the front desk and she’s always been able to handle them professionally, even when they do not show any respect.
