I have been going to Access Eye for five years and I have a had very positive experiences with the doctors (especially Dr. Halepaska) and the optical professionals who help with choosing and ordering eyeglass frames. Tierra and Taneshia are exceptionally wonderful; so attentive, kind, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and heard. They are also experts at what they do, perfectly able to solve every problem I have had with frames. Thank you so much for making every visit to Access Eye so enjoyable and helpful!
A “good morning” goes long way.Not sure if the front desk lady (patient specialist) woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but came in and all I got was ‘checking in?’. She talks really soft and got upset when I did not hear what she was saying… after that the rest of the staff was wonderful!
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Tran today. He was very polite and personal. Tracy, who got me ready for the doctor, was thorough and friendly. I’m definitely going to see Dr. Tran again next time.
