A very welcoming staff, which made my day easier. My car had gotten rear-ended pretty badly and the manager himself pried open the trunk for me after finding that typical methods were not possible. The lady at the front desk was also very helpful in getting me a water (it was blazing hot outside) as well as communicating that I was in need of help with my trunk. Also, the body repair shop men (the business next door, also owned by the same person) were very kind in helping me get my tags off. I don't typically recommend towing companies, but this place was great :)
On Thursday the 29th , my car broke down in Fredericksburg, I live in Woodbridge. I called AAA and they routed me to Norma Rae’s, Erik was my driver, he is so professional and such a good guy. It turned out that I was familiar with his last tow company that he worked for. He and I hit it off great, it was like we were a couple of old friends meeting after a long time away. He made me feel as though I was the only thing that mattered during that tow.Thank you, Joe Coleman
