I’m so happy I found Michael and Sons on a Saturday morning. I hear them advertised and that’s why I picked them.Excellent service, the repairman, friendly explaining everything to me. Yes cost first his explanation was perfect for me as a woman. He was meticulous in his work, cleaned up after job was done. You would never know he was here doing this big job on a Saturday. My son in law does this work 6 hours away . Even he said expert work. Thank you again
I was so impressed by the customer service and professionalism of everyone I dealt with. I had someone over at my house VERY quickly and the technicians were extremely knowledgeable. I can’t recommend them enough! I have had my HVAC replaced and repaired, my toilets replaced and my water heater removed and they I stalled a tankless. I just had my service for my ac unit and Donovan let me know of a few other issues I had in my utility room. He said he was able to fix some of them today and set up an appointment for the plumbing service I needed as well. He kept me informed of everything he needed to do and was very kind and personable.
