Kevin does it all, and does it all well - he is the business owner, but he's also the person who comes to clean your carpets! So unlike a lot of companies that delegate their work down to employees who don't have a vested interest in the company, you get the business owner who really cares about the customer. I have to admit, we haven't gotten our carpets cleaned in a long time, but my friend recommended Kevin to us. Kevin was super responsive to email (even in the evening), and he showed up right on time once we settled on a date. He worked SO hard - his shirt was soaked with sweat by the end of the 4-5 hours. I'm never saw him even sit down for a break the entire time he was with us. And he was so pleasant when refilling his bucket with water. He even noticed our carpet was peeling back in one spot and stapled it back for us, and took care of this horrible stain on a white chair without us asking. When the carpets were done, they looked AH-MAZING! All those stains my kids tracked in were completely gone. Kevin said there were some spots he couldn't get out because I used the wrong cleaners on them but even those looked so much better. After the carpet dried, I noticed that it was a little brittle feeling, and having not gotten my carpet cleaned in a long time, I wasn't sure if this is normal/expected. Kevin was so kind with my questions, and insisted on coming over immediately to feel the carpet himself. He said what I felt is normal but was so willing to wash the carpet again with water if that would make me feel better. I can't say enough good things about Kevin and his customer service. Oh, and did I mention the prices?? They were so reasonable - $35 a room (up to 150 square feet)!
A great experience from the first phone call to the completion of the carpet cleaning. Easy booking of the appointment and the rough estimate over the phone was pretty much spot on. They cleaned all accessible areas and applied extra cleaner to difficult spots which made the 20 year old carpet look virtually new. It was a great value. We only wished we had the carpets cleaned long before now so we could have enjoyed them more.
