We used them to fix a broken window at our office and to install bars on our basement windows. Initially they seemed excellent, showed up right away to board up our window and their pricing was good. But then, getting them to come install the new window was tough- they took way too long and didn't show any initiative in telling us the new window had arrived. Then, getting them to install the bars on our windows was a NIGHTMARE. We had paid 50% as a deposit and we must have called them 50 times to get them to show up, and then a technician finally came for 5 min., said he needed some screws and disappeared. This is a VERY BAD COMPANY. Stay away from this business. I initiated an estimate with them in 2021. One of the two windows in the bay window unit needed repairs. They took parts from the window that was working perfectly, placed the windows on the outside, did not secure them at all and left. Three visits and only excuses. In Nov 2022, I fell for putting money down on the estimate I finally got from them. They asked for 50% deposit. I paid them via check. They withdrew the money immediately. The windows were never ordered - NEVER ORDERED. Just got off the phone right now with the office still trying to get my money back from them. DO NOT BE FOOLED. SHAM!!

Terrible, Put 50% down payment , But didn’t do the right job , fix the wrong side , and didn’t replace the lock , and want me pay for everything. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS .Service: General door repair
