“My mother in law passed away suddenly last year and we had to go through the very difficult task of selling her condo from across the country. “I highly recommend working with Feldman and Ruel. As tenants we have been working with Gabe since 2020 as the property manager. He has in every maintenance call; has been prompt in his meaningful communication, problem solved and managed contractors. Everyone involved knew who was doing what and when. The building where we were tenants was built in 1913 and the landlord was a senior and relied heavily on the property management company to handle maintenance tickets and other important tasks. Prior to Feldman and Ruel, the property manager was difficult to work with and the owner’s communication style was not the best for tenant interfacing. The landlord made the decision to switch to Feldman and Ruel and I believe that gave him a big sense of relief. That switch definitely gave us as tenants relief. In my first conversation with Gabe, I Immediately knew he was great with tenants; he listened, laid out how his company worked with tenants and how we were going to move forward. That was greatly appreciated, and he provide all of this through his actions. In 2022 we had water leaking into the walls of the back bedroom during a heavy rain. Gabe quickly got a contractor out to determine where the water was coming from. The contractor repaired and painted the wall, and afterward there was no additional water leak. Lastly, when we were looking at purchasing, Adam and Gabe helped us. Throughout the transaction Adam and Gabe kept us informed and answered all our questions. Working with Feldman and Ruel has been a great customer service experience.“

“We love Tom. The best.Tom was great selling our townhouse near GMU. We had intended to fix up before selling but realized we'd then be stuck in it for another year. We decided to sell as is, and knock down the price to account for the needed repairs.We had gotten "strung along" by another "HGTV" influencer type realtor who after several exchanges told us to price it for $100K than other similar homes. less because of needed repairs. They had given glossy expensive hardbound portfolios: one for each of us. Very impressive; very "expensive"! We knew where our profit was going.Tom walked through and quoted us a selling price of $50K higher. Just one very professional looking portfolio of comps.He told us to clean and clear it out. Touch up paint. That's it. Sold on the first day for asking price. Managed our HOA's picky details for us. Very straight forward.Also he sold my mother's 1958 McLean split level for my sisters and I. Again, not a lot of fuss or effort on our part. All 4 of us were extremely happy.The question is, do you fantasize of having an HGTV house sale?
