I highly recommend working with Feldman and Ruel. As tenants we have been working with Gabe since 2020 as the property manager. He has in every maintenance call; has been prompt in his meaningful communication, problem solved and managed contractors. Everyone involved knew who was doing what and when. The building where we were tenants was built in 1913 and the landlord was a senior and relied heavily on the property management company to handle maintenance tickets and other important tasks.
