I can't say enough great things about Sarah. Her insights into the market were spot on - we followed her advice to a T and are glad we did. Ended up with multiple offers and escalation clauses and sold well over asking. Plus she worked so, so hard. Every time I turned around she was over at our house tweaking this, cleaning that, getting the staging company over to swap out a table that wasn't quite right. Her rolodex of vendors is DEEP and we saved a lot of money using her people for repairs pre-sale. Highly, highly recommend. Where is the option for 6 out of 5 stars?

Sarah is a true real estate expert, particularly in the Arlington/Falls Church/McLean market. She is experienced, knowledgeable and responsive to the needs of her clients. As we weren't living in the area at the time, she accommodated different time zones in communication, showed us numerous homes via FaceTime and helped us buy a beautiful new home in a competitive market. Even after the transaction closed, she continued to support us in our relocation. We highly recommend Sarah!
