“Ruby gave me a great haircut. But the arrival process needs improvement. I was not told to sign in, just told to have a seat while the receptionist yelled back to Ruby that I was there. I sat for 20 minutes past my appointment time, no one said a word to me, and it turned out I actually DID need to sign in on a screen that looked as if it was out of service. I had to stand up and raise my voice to get attention. Not good.“
