I’ve been doing my taxes here for a long time and it’s always been pleasant. I do my taxes early. They don’t take appointments but the longest I had to wait was maybe 30min once. The accountant lady is very good at answering questions, giving advice on how to adjust my W2 so I don’t owe the IRS. They are professional and their rates are reasonable.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I've been working with Ha Nguyen for my taxes for over 10 years, and she has always been kind, patient, pleasant, and professional with me and my family. We live in a very sensitive world these days.
